Whether you’re brand new to meditation or looking to reconnect with your practice, this 2 hour workshop offers a gentle, practical introduction to the art of stillness.
Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years as a powerful tool for calming the mind, soothing the nervous system, and reconnecting with the present moment. In this workshop, we’ll focus on the simplicity and accessibility of the practice—showing that you don’t need hours of silence or a perfect setup to experience its benefits.
You’ll learn simple, accessible techniques that can be used anytime, anywhere—no special postures, beliefs, or experience required. Alongside guided meditations and supportive discussion, we’ll explore both traditional meditation philosophies and modern-day mindfulness practices, giving you a well-rounded foundation to build on.
There will also be space for personal reflection, and you’re welcome to bring a journal if you’d like to note down any insights or inspiration along the way.
